That would be fine by me, but it would effectively
exclude the european contingent as that would be
1 or 2 am for them!

There is no truely convenient time which works globally.
Possibly, an alternate approach might be in order.

Some conference services provide for taping of the
meeting, do they not? Could this be a means to
permit (if only off-line) our Asian colleagues can
at least listen in on the discussion and contribute
via email.

Just a thought.
