RE: July interim face2face

The F2F is a good idea, but two days is *very* short. We should focus
critical areas, these are to my mind:
1. Reliable messaging spec, and
2. Additional headers that make it easier to map to other protocols and that
address the requirements in the Overview a Requirements spec

I also agree strongly with Nick's comment in another email that we should
focus just on the "Transport SLA" anything else is outside of our scope. IMO
until we have made more headeway on the message headers and on reliable
messaging, we won't really know what needs to go into Transport SLA anyway
so working on it now is premature.

It might be beneficial to invite BP people and spend some time with them on
different Use Cases (Discovery, Agreements, Service/Intent, ...)?
