I could have made it or the conference call this morning (sigh).

Has anyone done formal minutes for the meeting to record ideas, decisions
made, etc?

Just want to share my personal trip notes, just in case anyone finds parts
useful.  And in addition, I hope my notes don't lead anyone astray in case
the notes are incorrect.  Please refer to the official WG notes for any
discrepancies you may find.
