Dave,

I volunteered to do the minutes for the Boston meeting. With about 27 pages
of notes, it will take a bit of time, but I expect to have them available by
Monday.

Just want to share my personal trip notes, just in case anyone finds parts
useful.  And in addition, I hope my notes don't lead anyone astray in case
the notes are incorrect.  Please refer to the official WG notes for any
discrepancies you may find.
