All,

	I have just read the statement from Klaus about the review cycle on
the ebXML web site, as I read it we can complete the Requirements and
Envelope documents and get a plenary vote on them in August not November.
Am I correct?  If so we need to put out the amendments we suggested in the
face to face with the second round for July 24.  Also to do this we need to
address the comments from Anders Grangard and Eric JARRY in next weeks
conference call.

	If we do not want a vote in August we should remove them from the
cycle.
