As a pedantic note - since lawyers are quintessentially such: this should
be:

<!ELEMENT Person (FullName, Salutation?, FirstName?, MiddleName*, LastName,
Suffix?, Designation?, NameAlias*)>

Since people can have none, one, or more than one middlenames.
