I thougth that we agreed NOT to use the IETF format. I remember telling the group in San Jose that the transformation from the current format to the one provided was not a simple cut and paste. It was a formal re-write of the document. I would propose that we get the current document approved and then change the format with the next version. I understand that this will complicate the review of the next version; however, it will not delay the publication of the work that we now have.
