I agree. If we try to put the spec into the ietf format now, we'll end up
with trying to keep two documents in synch.

Folks

I think that:
a) we make the changes to the existing spec that we are identifiying on the
change list and only then
b) rework to an IETF like format.

Otherwise identifying what needs to be changed will be very difficult to
do.

Anyone disagree?
