I'd like to add another topic "TPA Info Revision" - we need to do this so
that it supports, for example:
* discovery of parties using a registry and party profiles
* sending messages where the TPA is implied
* separate sender and receiver id's for conversation ids

I'm working on a proposal that I plan to send to the list next week so that
we can review it at the F2F
