Multi-hop reliable messaging

Folks

I've been doing some thinking around the use-cases needed to support
multi-hop reliable messaging. The attached PDF file contains a set of Use
Cases, a couple of failure analyses and a summary of what I think the
requirements are that arise as a result. 

I'd like to go through these use cases as part of the Reliable messaging
discussions next week at the F2F.

In the mean time comments are really welcome.
