multipart payload example

All,

In my discussions with OTA last week, I was asked
if we could provide a normative example of a multipart
payload message. I think that they have signed on to provide
the content.

I think that this would be a good thing to have in the spec.

Also, I think that our normative examples (and DTD/Schema)
should be made available as standalone documents which are
available via the ebXML site. This is superior (IMHO) than
having them inline in the spec which is likely to be PDF.

Thoughts?
