publication on tpaML and BPF

The IBM Systems Journal will include an article on tpaML and BPF in an
upcoming special issue on XML (probably February).  A preprint of the
article is available at the following URL:

Enter tpaML into the search window and click SEARCH.  You will see the
abstract and a link to the PDF file.
