we did not get agreement from within our team or from the poc. i forwarded

Rik,
When the group met in Vancouver last week, there was a list put together of
what would be absolutely necessary to implement TRP. I came away from the
meeting with the impression that we would be adding this to the spec as an
annex, or some other mechanism. Where do we stand with this?
