line 168 remove "of" after the word "containing"

ALL values associated with the Content-ID MIME header of the ebXML header
and payload containers SHOULD adhere to the syntax rules for Content-ID
described in sections 7 of RFC 2045 and inherited from section 4 of RFC 822,
which defines the syntax for msg-id.
Said another way: all Content-ID values SHOULD be placed inside <>, e.g.
Content-ID: <id1@example.com>.

line 261 add the words "headers or" between "MIME parameters".

lines 303/304 refers to an encoding declaration contained in the ebXML
Header Document. I believe this reference should be removed.

line 308/309 - insert a blank line between 308/309

lines 423-425 - need more detail describing Action. I propose adding the
following text:
"The content of Action is a text string formed in accordance with the rules
for a NMTOKEN as defined in the [XML] specification."

line 437 - The Timestamp element appears to be optional. I believe this
should be a REQUIRED element.

line 453 - There is no description of the date/time format to use in
TimeToLive. I propose adding the following text to line 453:

"The format of CCYYMMDDTHHMMSS.SSSZ" is REQUIRED to be used. This time
format is Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)."

section 8.4.10 regardign #wildcard elements, states:  "additional elements
may by added to the MessageHeader element immediately following the
MessageData element."

It seems to me this should read " immediately following the Description
element, if present, or the MessageData element."

line 618, the MessageId should contain "mid:UUID-2" instead of "UUID-2"

line 620, the RefToMessageId should contain "mid:UUID-1" instead of "UUID-1"
