Firstly I would also like to congratulate the editing team on doing such a
good job given, the scale of the changes to the spec. There really are no
major problems although a few inconsistencies and typos need to be fixed.
The complete list of problems/changes are in the attached document.

I've also spotted a couple of issues where two are fairly major. I will post
these topics to the list separately so that we can get email discussion
around them.
