ebXML Orlando Meeting - UPDATE ON A/V; REGISTRATION AND MEETING FEES

AUDIO/VISUAL AND MEETING ROOM TOOLS FOR PROJECT TEAM MEETINGS
Each project team will have access to either a 20" monitor or multimedia 
desktop projector, a flip chart and (hopefully) a white board. If any of the 
project teams should have additional requirements, please alert me immediately.

MEETING REGISTRATION
The registration form for the MEETING WILL NOT BE available. (The 
nonoperational Registration Form has been removed from the website.)  Due to 
schedule conflicts, we will not be able to have a working Registration Form for 
the meeting. Badges will be available for those who attended the last meeting. 
We will have blank badges available for new attendees.

MEETING FEES
The meeting fee is $125. You may either bring a cash, or a company or personal
check. Checks should be made payable to OASIS and receipts will be available on 
site. Alternatively, OASIS will invoice you or your company after the meeting. 
[Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards at this time. We will, 
however, be prepared to accept them at the next meeting.]

As a gesture of our appreciation for their hard work, the ebXML Executive 
Committee has agreed to waive fees for the Project Team Leaders.

In recognition of their substantial financial commitment, the ebXML Executive 
Committee has agreed to waive fees for employees ebXML Meeting Corporate 
Sponsors. Corporate Sponsors of the ebXML Orlando Meeting are Sun Microsystems 
and IBM.
