ebXML Requirements Specification

To the ebXML Work Group Participants:

Attached please find the ebXML Requirements Specification.  The
Requirements Project Team hereby submits it for the first comment period
in the approval process.   The comment period on this version starts
March 6, and closes March 27.

Please e-mail comments as ASCII text, either in the body of the mail
message or as an attachment.  Please reference section and paragraph,

The attachment is in Microsoft Word 97, zipped.   We are working to get
it posted on the public ebXML web site in other formats as well.   I
will send out another message to this listserv when it is posted.
