Please find below the agenda for our meeting next week in Tokyo.

In addition to the agenda I like to repeat announcement from the
last meeting:

Dresscode: casual

I am already in Tokyo this week for yet another meeting. Currently
the weather is wet (rain) with a temperature of about 12C (53F). 
I am told that the forecast for the ebXML week is, no rain and
about 18-20C (64-68F). No guaranties were given for this forecast.
My personal suggestion, bring your umbrella and a warm sweater in
addition to the more casual beach outfit.
