Subject: ebXML "March" meeting is now in April

At the Tokyo ebXML meeting it was decided to hold a
meeting in Geneva during the week of March 26. For a
variety of organizational reasons, this will not be
possible. The new dates for the meeting will be
April 2 through April 6. We have not yet decided on
a location, but will let you know asap.
