Subject: RE: Notation to support BPSS
Dear all, This proposal is a second response to Jean-Jacques Dubray document about BPSS notation, after he sent his comments back. We intend to have the proposal as open as possible. It handles at the same time a UML notation and an Extended notation. Some comments are also included concerning the computation of BusinessTransaction end-result. According to us, the way one see end-result will drive the debate on what has to be showned in a Transaction diagram. Waiting for your comments, Antoine -----Original Message----- From: James Bryce Clark [mailto:jamie.clark@mmiec.com] Sent: Monday, July 16, 2001 4:38 PM To: A.J. In the longer run, the BP group should discuss whether notation is a distinct work item. (I think this affects bindings with UMM, and so is not something to be handled casually.) For the short term, I am very interested in this work and, as might others on this list, would be happy to participate in immediate efforts to review and refine the proposed notation.
