Bob, Thank you for the first formal comment to one of our Analysis Team documents. Yes, there is a formal comment process/procedure and specific persons (the document editors) who should receive your input. In the case of the Negotiation Pattern Doc, the esteemed editor is Jamie Clark. Editors and contact information can be found at the end of each document. The editors of these documents may be unaware of the process and the need to develop an issues log with specific columns capturing comment submitter, date of comment submission,comment and resolution information, etc.. This information should be shared with the group during our Wednesday morning Analysis Team conference call. Thanks Bob.
