face-to-face session in san jose

Klaus is trying to arrange a session with all team leaders for early
tuesday, which he suggests  be based around the TA Specification as a
means of focussing the discussion.

He also clarified the situation re: QTO.  It appears that the Marketing
and Awareness group are 'owning' this session but we are still to
provide the technical continuity and address content issues.  I have
spoken with Rachel Foerster and she is happy with our plans - I agreed
to keep in touch over the next few days.
