This is to thank the all members of the various lists, steering committee and Klaus for
their assistance in resolving (or suffering) the confusion over the TA spec.

I think a biblical quotation is in order...  :-}

midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. And all that heard
him were astonished at his understanding and answers." Luke 2:46-47

Duane, Murray  and Anders (the three wise men??) have done a constructive job  in setting
the scope for a meeting on this matter early in the Tokyo plenary (probably the Tuesday).

On behalf of the QR Team, I would like to propose the precise structure and agenda for
this be the matter of discussion at this week's team teleconferences with the aim of the
TA and QR Teams making an joint announcement by the end of this week.
