The ebXML Technical Architecture v 0.94b is now available.  This will be
the final version that the TA team will vote to approve sending to the
Plenary.

TA Team Members:

As per previous instructions,  please review and vote on this by email. 
If we are in agreeance that this is okay to send to the plenary,  let's
get it out for a second review cycle ASAP.

At this point, any minor comments shouldbe addressed in the formal
review period.  We have done our job to get it this far and now we need
the wider audience.

QRT:

Please verify that we have met our objectives as discussed in Tokyo.  I
think you will find the document in the form we agreed upon.
