As a follow up to the 'Latest CC Analysis Matrix' which was sent out earlier
today, please find attached the 'Response to Comments' spreadsheet and the
'Open Technical Issues' document. 
Please note that the yellow sections of the 'Latest CC Analysis Matrix' are
not yet final and will need to be reviewed as comments in Vancouver.
