For naming:
BusinessActivity --> BusinessActivityState

did you mean:
BusinessTransactionActivity --> BusinessAcitivtyState

we currently don't have a "BusinessActivity". If so I would suggest we also
change fromBusinessState to fromBusinessActivityState just to be consistent
