Subject: Re: Code and Text as Entities or Representation Types?
Yeah, I guess there is at least an implied comment in how I framed the question. However, I did want to make sure I understood correctly the intent. My comment will basically be along the lines of needing to tighten up the specification in regard to representation types: * Representation types need to be more rigidly defined (I will have suggestions) * Representation types are not entities (and we shouldn't have entities named after them) Mike Lisa Shreve wrote: > Mike, > > It sounds like you have already made your comment. > > lms > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Mike Rawlins" <rawlins@metronet.com> > To: "ebXML-core" <ebxml-core@lists.ebxml.org> > Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2001 5:23 PM > Subject: Code and Text as Entities or Representation Types? > > > Again referring to appendix A (forgive me if I dwell on your example > > rather than the specifications, but the examples help flesh out issues > > with the specifications). > > > > We have Code.Details and Text.Details which are aggregates, and we have > > "code" and "text", respectively, as basic entities.
