Martin, Just a correction, its not a UML model of SOX, but rather a set of rules to be followed in order to create a UML/XML mapping device. I think the it is likely the rules will allow for a W3C schema to be generated. The problem is that you're not getting a "neutral" UML model, but rather an XML mapping.
