William, are you as disgusted and angry as you appear to be?  Or are
you just trying to get people to respond?
***Having known William for some years - from EDI-L to ebXML, i can vouch he
is one of the best and in person is politeness itself - thus the answer to
your question is 'yes, and more' - its just he picks up the concerns, more
eloquently and forcefully, than many in this community would - often with an
'ouch'.  The fact he has so much free time is worrying though :-)
