integrating ebXML and BizTalk

hiya,

i'm having to integrate with a BizTalk-based framework, but want to base
my own systems interfaces on ebXML.
my question is - does anyone know of any middleware / message repackaging
software that will allow me to talk and hear ebXML Messages, although my
counterpart only understands BizTalk?

nb at this point i'm only concerned with the Messaging side of things, not
CPP's / CPA's / Business Process Specifications etc.
