Our plan in the Registry TC is to use the Registry comment list for 
discussion regarding implementations issues regarding the registry 
specs.  I need to put a blurb regarding this on the Registry TC 
homepage.   As a TC, we want to have a discussion limited to registry 
implementation issues.  While the discussion on the dev list is 
interesting....it isn't what the registry implementers (that I know of) are 
interested in primarily.
