"The vision of ebXML is to enable a global electronic marketplace where
enterprises of any size and in any geographical location can meet and
conduct business with each other through the exchange of XML based
messages."

If this vision SHALL become reality, we NEED an open source
implementation of ebXML for all of us. Or do you think that small businesses
or businesses in the "not so privileged" states can take part in this global
vision?

What I am looking for is - exactly - an open source implementation of
ebXML for Java and maybe an implementation for Linux/C++ and Windows/C++
as well.

http://openebxml.sourceforge.net/.
