XML Global has productized the Registry and it is available for download
with an evaluation license.  Please go to 

http://www.xmlglobal.com/prod/evalcenter/goxml_downloads.jsp

There is a registration screen and then you may proceed to download the
product and request a license.

You may use the Registry for 30 days on a standard evaluation license.
