I am also not able to see article on ZdNet. Very hot at the moment.

But from the information that I have, IBM rises patent request on CPP/CPA. In
that case we can allways turn to paper agreement such is TPA for EDI.

BTW, does anybody know number of XML trading partners which are using CPA/CPP

in their communication?
