Dear Kamal,

The  jaxr-1_0-fr-spec.zip only provides the JAXR 1.0 API files and not the implementation of a JAXR provider for ebXML Registry V2.0.

You can find a JAXR provider for ebXML Registry V2.0 in an open source project at:

    http://ebxmlrr.sourceforge.net

This project provides an ebXML Registry, a JAXR provider for ebXML Registry as well as a RegistryBrowser JAXR client program. The project will be making a developer release soon. In the interim, project bits are available directly from CVS. In order to use CVS you will need to download and install some free CVS tools. Installation and build instructions are available.
