thanks to all who replied to my mails ;-)
i talked about cpa in the e-commerce seminar last friday and at the moment
i'm writing the essay...
the information you gave me helped me a lot!
i'll also have a look at the discussion with martin and sacha.

The CPA correponds roughly the technical addendum.

The UN/CEFACT project Unified Business Agreements and Contracts (UBAC)
is looking at TPA and relation to UMM and realization technologies such
as EDIFACT/AS2, ebXML and WebServices.
