Yep, I think I remember the patent developments re the CPPA.

What I was and still is curious about is how most of the specifications 
relating to Web Services and OASIS standardisation are mentioned but the 
ebXML one is missing. This list of theirs is circulating the globe right 
now and it would have been nice and beneficial to all in the ebXML 
community if the CPPA would have be mentioned. Maybe they can include it 
in the next release?!
