If Bob Sutor is still involved with OASIS, I would think that the best way
is for someone to make a direct approach to him.
In addition, since I learned here, and Chris Ferris confirmed, that IBM
WebSphere is now shipping CPPA, they ought to have some interest in getting
IBM's ebXML story straight.
