Definately good.   In addition I like the suggestion that came up
on the JMT call that we have both days keynoted.

This gives us the chance to invite someone from local London
community.  It's like us inviting an Under Secretary, or 4 Star
General to keynote a conference in Wash DC - generates
significant local attention.

That is why I think someone from the Cabinet Office - close to
the UK government eGov work - would be another excellent
choice for us.
