Schema/DTD for Tokyo

It is evident that we are getting a mixture of DTD's and Schemas for the
Tokyo POC.  I think that we should add a discussion of the subject to this
Thursday's conference call so that we can insure interoperability.

I do not think that the goal of the demo is about supporting one or the
other; but rather about interoperability, consistency, and usability of the
ebXML Specifications.
