Proof of Concept Demonstration Flow

I added more details to the demonstration flow based on my conversation with
Sig and the Tracks proposed by Krishna.  Please note:

- I re-order the tracks with BP to go first to make the demo smoother
- I formally added the carrier scenario proposed by Fujitsu/Savvion.
Reasoning:  the complexity of the conversation looks favorable and could be
done in the Tokyo timeframe.  Carrier scenario needs approval and additional
schemas.
