Hello,

As I said in an earlier e-mail, I will not be able to come to the F2F in
person. I will be sending someone to represent me and will make sure that
person is up to speed on all that is happening. I will also be available to
participate by phone during the times.  Finally, I plan to be on the West
Coast the following week, and I can meet a good number of the POC people in
the San Jose area.
