I have watch this list for some time now and feel it is time to jump in and make a point or two.

PoC was created to proof that our draft specification are actually implementable. It was not created to test proposals in order to determine
which proposal has the best potential for being accepted. In others words, a proposal is just that, it has no official status until it is part
of a draft specification that is out for review. I am making this point since there seems to be a view that all it takes is to put forward a
document that contains some concept and by magic it can be called ebXML. As much as I want us to have lots of "stuff" to validate in the next
PoC session, we must not jump the gun and call something ebXML which has yet to be reviewed and has some level of acceptance by our membership
as a result of such a review. There are some who feel that by showing proposal before they were reviewed gives them a status of "defacto"
acceptance. This we can not have nor allow. So please take this into account when reviewing your plan for Tokyo.
