	Here is the current participant matrix. I did not want to send out the
whole document and I am sure the matrix could change a little bit.

	Nick, can you pl include this as an addendum to the steering committee ? I

Krishna,

The participation matrix still does not list XMLS as a Reg/Rep provider.
This is the majority of functionality we intend to provide.  Can we get this
corrected before sending to the stc?

Hi all,

	Here is the POC document which will be forwarded to the stc. This is
essentially the same contents as the earlier version except a few changes on
the capability and participant matrix.

	We have added the reliable messaging on both diagrams. The
participants in
the matrix has changed a little bit based on feedback. We also added a few
sentences around track 1 to make a few points more clearer.
