POC Conf Call agenda 10/12 @ 9 a.m. PDT

Here is what I propose as the agenda:

1) Review agenda
2) Discuss RM spec and plans for polishing the POC proposal (missing pieces)
3) Discuss and agree on our position wrt s/mime
4) Finalize f2f agenda
5) Begin a discussion of Tokyo-POC logistics (Hubs, devices, cables etc.)
6) Wrap-up & Close
