[Vienna POC] PR contact information

POC
Please make certain that your company's PR contact is subscribed to the
poc-pr list.  This can easily be done by sending an email to 
"ebxml-poc-pr-request@lists.ebxml.org" with the word "subscribe" in the
body.

I have already BCCed those who had sent me individual emails (so they will
get two emails if they are already on the list).
