Re: ebXML Registry Services Specification v0.5 attached

I just noticed an oversight in RS v0.5. Appendix A.4 A.4 RegisterRequest Message DTD is
unspecified.
It need to specify that the request includes a SubmittingOrganization (SO) and the Party Profile
for the RegistryClient
for the SO. I will post a fix in RS v0.6 today which will be a minor update with change bars. If
team does not object
then we should consider using v0.6 for Thursday's review. Document hsould be posted by noon EDT
today.

If any one has noticed any other over sights or obvious mistakes please post comments and I will
include those fixes as well.
