I assume that API is something like MiniODBC/MiniJDBC/Mini... not something
where categorization is hard-wired in the name, like FindEbXmlLeftLeg (if
tomorrow ebXml looses that leg the method is obsolete). Then, how big job is
to spec something like that? And, also (again, from caller's (possible
Small...) perspective) I would assume that Declarative approach would be
more convenient then Procedural one.
