Klaus,

All is ok.  I received a copy of the comments.  During reg/rep's last 
conference call we agreed to move the documents forward.  My asking for the 
comments document was not intended to hold up the process.  I'm confident 
that Farrukh, with Nagwa's assistance, was diligent in reviewing and 
addressing the comments.  Let's move on.
