It is unfortunate that we don't produce minutes of meetings (or I cannot
find one). Anyway, I cannot recall that <picking whatever querying/> was a
consensus, but I recall that we had a consensus that we need "Ad Hoc" query
mechanism. It seems to me that it would be very difficult to claim that we
have it ("Ad Hoc" query mechanism) if we don't specify what it is.
